Our workplaces and our lives are changing at an ever-increasing rate. This is more of an opportunity than a problem. We are made to influence this change through tangible ideas and actions.

We will draw from Andy Crouch’s book Culture Making. Crouch emphasizes culture as a collaborative process, not an individual one, highlighting the importance of community in shaping and creating culture.
