Coaching Team
Howard spent 30 years as an entrepreneur and business leader — most recently as an executive for a global digital agency, Wunderman/WPP. Everywhere Howard serves, he is a catalyst for new growth and transformational change.
Howard is a certified Building Champions coach and is actively coaching leaders in almost every career stage in corporate and nonprofits sectors. Howard is also a certified Working Genius Gift Assessment coach, having helped 100’s of leaders better understand and more purposefully deploy their gifts.
Brian is both a certified life coach and has developed a successful fatherhood coaching practice, where he helps men be the fathers they were created to be. He also brings into practice his unique learnings from StratOps, a framework for strategically achieving your objectives.
Before beginning his work at The Center, Brian was a campus pastor for 16 years. He has a BA from Samford University and a Master of Divinity from Beeson Divinity School.
A Memphis native, Brian has spent the greater part of his professional career in capital project management with various companies, including Velsicol Chemical Corporation, Physiotherapy Associates, and Methodist LeBonheur Healthcare.
Brian holds a Professional Engineer license, along with a Six Sigma Green Belt Certification. He is also an ICF Expert Associate Leadership Coach and LEED Green Associate. Brian has spent 20+ years as career coach, helping hundreds of people better understand themselves and transition to new jobs.
